What is behavioural safety?
This workshop has been designed to demystify behavioural safety.

The safety journey
Decisions made from our past, what was the ‘norm' back then?

Relationship to safety
The main focus of this workshop is to enable delegates to become present to their own relationship to safety, this is an important distinction and section of the course, people need to understand and acknowledge their relationship to safety in order to move forward.

How much does it cost to have an accident?
Using case studies, we discover how much an accident can cost your business, what we value in our lives and what is really at stake.

A real life story
Jason Anker brings the emotional section of the course to life, there is no DVD to watch, this is Jason, live in the room. This is a unique workshop.

Attitudes, values & beliefs
They way we perceive, we uncover how as human beings, we process information, which in turn unconsciously determines our actions leading us to a distinction of values and priorities.

Culture
People's lives are a direct reflection of the expectations of their peer group.

Examining the quadrants
What is acceptable verses what do we accept? Time is taken looking at where each individual is most at risk, a pulse is taken for moving forward with action.

Communication and putting people to work
We uncover how to communicate effectively and new skills are given which single handed change the way operatives are put to work, this empowers operatives to take ownership of their work which improves safety, quality and profit.

Intervention
Delegates are given the tools to be able to approach people and have a behavioural safety conversation, which begins by praising the good work. In this section of the course, supervisors are given the core destinction of listening and missing vs. Wrong.

Conclusion
Finally, at the end of this unique learning experience, delegates are left in action to move forward, inspired and ready to empower the workforce, so instead of managing a situation we don't want, we create the working environment we do want.
